All our products are built using aseptic FDA approved polymers. We offer:
- 13 mm and 20 mm snap-on caps in 2 basic designs:
- Fully removable with easy to handle pull-out tear tab
- Non removable cap.
- Choice of colors
- Optional features including, digital holograms, thermo-chromic inks, special
markings, raised logo , raised text of any kind disappearing upon any
tampering attempt
- With or without a RFID module
- Choice of RFID chip/memory: Currently available: Atmel and Philips
- The cap are sterilized using all the conventional sterilization methods and
support repeated sterilization cycles.
- Better seal than traditional cap
- RFID ON TOP is the most inherently logical location which allows Enhanced
reading throughout the supply chain
- Simpler manufacturing: Crimping eliminated: The capping process can be
integrated into the laminar flow, thus reducing all handling errors. Drugs can be
Freeze dried in one simple process in Grade "A" conditions
